Fengshui Lake Cultural Park Scenic Area is a national AAA-level tourist attraction.

Fengshui Lake Cultural Park Scenic Area is located to the west of the new urban district of Fengcheng City, at the confluence of the northern and southern branches of the Yuhua River. It is bordered by Sanwei Road to the east, Erwei Road to the south, Wu Jing Road to the west, and Ruzi Road to the north. The Xincheng Avenue crosses the park’s artificial lake from east to west. Covering a total area of 1,270 mu, the park has an estimated total investment of about 450 million yuan. The main features are rich and distinctive, with deep cultural heritage. It consists of four major parts: Fengshui Lake, Fengshui Square, Xinguang Hall, and the garden landscape belt.

The scenic area emphasizes the communication of the region’s culture. Relying on the Fengcheng Sword, Hongzhou Kiln Museum, City Exhibition Hall, Xinguang Hall, and local customs displays as the main carriers of cultural tradition, it highlights the long-standing cultural heritage of the Fengcheng Sword, Hongzhou Kiln, and academy history.

The scenic area unfolds in a symmetrical double-ring layout centered around Xincheng Avenue. On both sides are semi-circular artificial lakes that together form a circular lake, with a water surface area of about 500 mu. The inner ring is the round Fengshui Lake Square, with a radius of 106 meters and an area of about 53 mu.

The park structure consists of: one lake, two axes, and four zones. The one lake refers to the waterfront leisure activity area; the two axes are the central cultural landscape axis and the secondary cultural landscape axis; the four zones are the cultural square activity area, cultural exhibition area, cultural leisure area, and sports activity area. Each zone is interconnected through continuous ecological greenery.
