Pingzhou Jinsan Family School is a cultural heritage protection unit of Jiangxi Province.

Pingzhou Jinsan Family School is located in Pingzhou Village, Heyao Town. It dates back to the Qing Dynasty and is classified as an ancient building.

On March 29, 2012, the People's Government of Xiangdong District designated it as part of the second batch of district-level cultural heritage protection units.

The protected area spans 4 meters east, 5 meters south, 6 meters west, and 7 meters north.

The construction control zone extends 20 meters east, 20 meters south, 35 meters west, and 15 meters north.

Heyao Town: A town under the jurisdiction of Xiangdong District, Pingxiang City. In 1949, Dayi and Shantian townships were established; in 1958, the Heyao Commune was set up; in 1984, it was restructured as a township; and in 1994, it was upgraded to a town. Located in the northern part of the district, the town government is stationed in Heyao Village, about 5 kilometers from the district government. The area features low mountainous hills, borders Liling, Hunan to the west, and has the Ping River flowing through its southwest. It covers an area of 54.4 square kilometers with a population of 40,000. The Yao (Jiazhou) Da (Pingshan) Highway and Chang (Ping) Huo (Shao) Highway pass through the town.
