"Top Quality" is back—the beloved flavors of Taipei’s East District return on October 1

For longtime Taipei residents, the East District evokes memories of the 1983 Taiwanese fast-food spot "Top Quality." Three years ago, unable to cope with rising rents, Top Quality closed its East District location. But now, it's announced that the Zhongxiao branch of Top Quality will officially reopen in Taipei’s East District on October 1, rebooting as a second-generation store with a modern pop-art aesthetic.

To celebrate its return to the East District, Top Quality is hosting an in-store "Top Quality Time Capsule Exhibition," taking visitors on a trip down memory lane to explore the brand’s story and revive cherished recollections. Additionally, there’s a limited-time "The Chicken King Has Arrived" promotion—1 jin (600g) of classic chicken nuggets at a special price of NT$180, bringing back the nostalgic flavors of old-school East District eats.
