The site of Yaojiazhou Railway Station platform is a cultural heritage protection unit of Xiangdong District.

The site of Yaojiazhou Railway Station platform is located at Yaojiazhou Railway Station in Wuli Village, Xiangdong Town. It dates back to the Republic of China period and is categorized as a modern-era historical site.

On March 29, 2012, it was designated as part of the second batch of district-level cultural heritage protection units by the People’s Government of Xiangdong District.

Protected area: 30 meters east, 40 meters south, 40 meters west, and 50 meters north.

Construction control zone: 50 meters east, 40 meters south, 70 meters west, and 60 meters north.

Xiangdong Town: A town under the jurisdiction of Xiangdong District, Pingxiang City, and the location of the district government. Established as Xiangdong Town in 1949, it became Xiangdong Commune in 1958, and reverted to Xiangdong Town in 1961. The town government is located on Xiangdong Old Street, 0.3 kilometers from the district government. Covering an area of 57 square kilometers with a population of 103,000, it is traversed by the Zhejiang-Jiangxi Railway and National Highway 320, and the Ping River flows through the area.
