The ruins of Kaifeng’s former residence is a cultural heritage protection unit of Xiangdong District.

The ruins of Kaifeng’s former residence are located in Maotang Group, Sanjiaochi Village, Laoguan Town, dating back to the Republic of China period and classified as a modern-era site.

On March 29, 2012, the People's Government of Xiangdong District designated it as part of the second batch of district-level cultural heritage protection units.

Protected area: 7 meters east, 8 meters south, 6 meters west, 5 meters north.

Construction control zone: 20 meters east, 10 meters south, 12 meters west, 15 meters north.
