Anciently known as Qingxi, Anxi is located in the Daiyun Mountain Range of Fujian and is world-renowned for its tea, earning the title "Tea Capital of China." The region is mountainous, and the main production area for Anxi Tieguanyin is the higher-altitude "Inner Anxi" zone in the west. Huaxiangyuan Tea Manor is situated here. At an elevation of over 800 meters, the area features rolling mountains, morning and evening mist, a mild climate, deep and slightly acidic soil — an environment that tea plants particularly thrive in. The average annual temperature is 16–18°C, with relative humidity exceeding 78%. It is said to be a place "where flowers bloom in all seasons, rain is common, snow is absent in winter, yet thunder can be heard."

Experience spring tea picking at Huaxiangyuan Tea Manor and immerse yourself in tea culture; visit the Tieguanyin primary processing factory and the Tea Culture Path to experience the traditional production techniques of authentic Tieguanyin: plucking, shaking, withering, fixing, rolling, initial drying, rolling into shape, re-drying, re-rolling, and final drying. During the tea-picking seasons in May or October, you can try picking tea leaves yourself, with expert guides providing detailed explanations about tea knowledge, tea varieties, as well as the processes of picking and production. Self-driving Route: 1) From Xiamen: Depart from Xiamen Station — take the Xiamen–Sha Highway (road signs are provided along the way) — exit at Guanqiao, turn right — head toward Huxiu, follow Provincial Highway 304 — Longjuan (major intersections have Huaxiangyuan signs) — go straight toward Longjuan Township Government — Zhuta Village, take the village road and turn left uphill (Huaxiangyuan signs along the way) — Huaxiangyuan Tea Manor (total distance approximately 150 km).

2) From Fuzhou or Quanzhou: Fuzhou/Quanzhou — Shenyang–Haikou Expressway, turn toward Nan’an and then onto the Xiamen–Sha Highway — exit at Guanqiao/Huxiu — turn right and follow Provincial Highway 304 — head toward Huxiu direction, then toward Longjuan (major intersections have Huaxiangyuan signs), take the fork and turn left toward the gas station, go straight — head straight toward Longjuan Township Government — toward Zhuta Village, take the village road and turn right uphill (Huaxiangyuan signs along the way) — Huaxiangyuan Tea Manor (total distance approximately 80 km).

3) From Zhangzhou: Zhangzhou — head toward the Hua’an Tulou area — behind Hua’an Tulou, there’s a road leading directly toward Longjuan (Huaxiangyuan signs along the way) — toward Longjuan, at the fork turn right toward the gas station, go straight — head straight toward Longjuan Township Government — toward Zhuta Village, take the village road and turn right uphill (Huaxiangyuan signs along the way) — Huaxiangyuan Tea Manor (total distance approximately 130 km).
