Jingming Temple is located in the northeast of Xiaodian Village, Guantao Township, Wu'an City. It features a traditional quadrangle courtyard layout. Most of the temple structures have been destroyed, but the remaining buildings include the main hall, east and west side halls, and the mountain gate. It is now a key cultural relic protection unit of Hebei Province.

The mountain gate is three bays deep and one bay wide, built with brick and wood, and features a single-eave flush-gable roof covered with clay tiles. The main hall is three bays wide, constructed with brick and wood, and has a single-eave flush-gable roof covered with clay tiles, with a front terrace. Inside the hall, there are four stone statues, one stone lion, one stone elephant, and murals painted on both side walls. The east and west side halls are each three bays wide and three bays deep, built with brick and wood, and feature a single-eave flush-gable roof covered with clay tiles.

Within the temple courtyard, there are stone stelae and incense tables from the Ming and Qing dynasties, as well as five Ming dynasty offering tables. On the site of the Bodhisattva Hall, there is one stone statue. Outside the courtyard, there is also one stone statue. Approximately 50 meters southwest of the temple, there is a stone pagoda known as the “Shou Tower of Master Yuanyin.”

The exact founding date of Jingming Temple is unknown. Based on the existing structures and associated relics, the buildings are believed to date back to the Ming dynasty, with renovations carried out during the Qing dynasty.

Xiaodian Village: Xiaodian Village is located 2.5 kilometers from Guantao Village, the seat of Guantao Township government. It is 1.5 kilometers east of Luqu, 1 kilometer south of Xiaoyetao Village, and 2.5 kilometers west of Juqueling Village. The village has 500 households, a population of 1,780, and 1,005 mu of land, including 500 mu of dry land and 505 mu of irrigated land. There are over 50,000 trees, including poplar, scholar tree, toon, tung, and persimmon. The main mineral resource is limestone.
