The Lower Flow Spring Site is a cultural heritage site protected at the municipal level by Handan City.

The Lower Flow Spring Site is an ancient settlement from the Longshan and Han dynasties, situated south of Lower Flow Spring Village in Shucun Town, Wu'an City. It is among the second batch of municipal-level cultural heritage protection units designated by Handan City.

Lower Flow Spring Village: The village is located 1.9 kilometers north of the Shucun Town government seat. To the east, it borders Shicun in Ci County; to the south, it neighbors Shucun; to the west, it adjoins Dong’erzhuang; and to the north, it is adjacent to Huyu and Yehé villages. The terrain is mainly hilly, sloping from west to east. A small stream flows from north to south on the eastern side of the village and enters the Lower Flow Spring Reservoir. The village has 236 households with a population of 960, all of whom are Han Chinese. There are 2,063 mu of arable land, and the main agricultural activities include growing crops such as corn, wheat,
