The Swan Cave Cluster Scenic Area within Lingtai Mountain is the largest, most numerous, and densely distributed karst cave system in Fujian Province. Currently open to visitors is the Swan Cave, which stands out for its spectacular vertical cave formations, exquisite stalactite shapes, and dense distribution—ranking it among the finest in Fujian’s karst caves. The Swan Cave extends a total depth of five li and is a unique karst cave that combines horizontal corridor-style passages with vertical shaft-layered structures.

The cave is divided into three levels—upper, middle, and lower—featuring seven main halls and 49 major scenic spots at the front and back, with countless smaller chambers and scenes. Each level connects seamlessly, and all chambers are interlinked. Inside the cave, stalactites hang in abundance, stone stalagmites stand like forests, mountain peaks overlap, and lake surfaces reflect their surroundings. The Swan Cave boasts a majestic forty-meter-high stone waterfall that cascades down with overwhelming force, as well as exquisitely delicate stone corals carved as if by fine sculpture. There are steep cliffs where stone pines reach toward the sky, and the serene Swan Lake reflecting the shadows of jade-like trees... Visitors find themselves surrounded by breathtaking sights, unable to tear their eyes away and lingering endlessly, as if ascending into a heavenly paradise. Today, the Swan Cave is accessible by direct road leading right up to its entrance.
