The Ancestral Hall of Jiulang in Lai’an Village is a cultural heritage site protected by Qingliu County.

The Ancestral Hall of Jiulang in Lai’an Village is located in Lai’an Village, Laifang Town. Dating back to the mid-Qing Dynasty, it covers an area of 235 square meters and is categorized as a temple or ancestral shrine.

It was designated as part of the fifth batch of county-level cultural heritage protection units in Qingliu County on July 30, 2018.

Protected area: 5 meters beyond the outer walls.

Buffer zone: 10 meters beyond the protected area.

Lai’an Village: Located at the town center of Laifang Township, Lai’an Village is classified as a revolutionary base area village. The village consists of 11 villager groups spread across 3 natural villages, with a total of 275 households and a population of 1,046. The average elevation is around 400 meters, and it encompasses 258.6 hectares of forested land and 95.5 hectares of arable land. Villagers mainly earn their income through growing tobacco, rice, watermelon, sweet potatoes, peanuts, and working outside the village.

In 2008, Laifang Township was recognized as a “Famous Historical and Cultural Village of China” by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and the National Cultural Heritage Administration. Details about Lai’an Village++
