The Lai Wenxing Residence in Laiwuxiang is a cultural heritage site protected by Qingliu County.

The Lai Wenxing Residence in Laiwuxiang is located at No. 48, Laiwuxiang, Laifang Town. It dates back to the late Qing Dynasty, covers an area of 160 square meters, and is classified as a traditional residential dwelling.

It was announced as part of the fifth batch of county-level cultural heritage sites in Qingliu County on July 30, 2018.

Protected area: 5 meters beyond the surrounding walls.

Buffer zone: an additional 10 meters outward from the protected area.

Laiwuxiang: Located in the center of Laifang Township, Laiwuxiang is traversed by the Yuli Line, covering a total land area of 15 square kilometers. The village includes 186.6 hectares of arable land, 593.3 hectares of forested land, three natural villages, 12 villager groups, 460 households, and a population of 1,810 people. It is the largest village in the township. Laiwuxiang has the highest number of well-preserved ancient dwellings in the region, with over 50 intact traditional houses covering an area of 16,000 square meters.

Villagers mainly earn their income through growing tobacco, rice, watermelons, peanuts, and working outside the village.
