It was designated as part of the fifth batch of county-level cultural heritage sites in Qingliu County on July 30, 2018.

Guanfang Village: Located at the foot of the renowned Taoist mountain “Dafeng Mountain,” Guanfang Village is 60 kilometers from Qingliu County and 4 kilometers from Laifang Township. It is the second-largest village in Laifang Township. The village administers three natural villages and eight villager groups, with a population of 363 households totaling 1,559 people, including 42 party members; among them, there are 5 female party members and 12 mobile party members. The village has 1,920 mu of arable land and 12,000 mu of mountainous land. Its main industry is tobacco cultivation.
