Guanzhengyang Residence (No. 84), Guanfang Village is located in Guanfang Village, Laifang Town. It dates back to the 38th year of the Kangxi reign during the Qing Dynasty, covers an area of 901 square meters, and is classified as a residential dwelling.

It was designated as part of the fifth batch of county-level cultural heritage protection units in Qingliu County on July 30, 2018.

Protected area: 5 meters beyond the outer walls.

Protected area: An additional 10 meters extending outward from the protected zone.

Guanfang Village: Guanfang Village is situated at the foot of Da Feng Mountain, a renowned Taoist mountain, and is located 60 kilometers from Qingliu County and 4 kilometers from the seat of Laifang Township. It is the second-largest village in Laifang Township. The village administers three natural villages and eight villager groups, with a population of 1,559 residents across 363 households, including 42 Party members; among them are 5 female Party members and 12 mobile Party members. The village has 1,920 mu of arable land and 12,000 mu of mountainous land. The main agricultural activity is tobacco cultivation. In recent years, leveraging its geographical advantages, the village has committed to scientific development.
