The Ancestral House of Li Maocai in Xianshui Village is located in Xianshui Village, Lixiang Township. It dates back to the late Qing Dynasty, covers an area of 625 square meters, and is classified as a residential dwelling.

It was designated as part of the fifth batch of county-level cultural heritage protection units in Qingliu County on July 30, 2018.

Xianshui Village: Located at the southern end of Qingliu County and bordering Liancheng, Xianshui Village covers an area of 55 square kilometers. The arable land spans 1,365 mu, and forested areas cover 2,865 mu. The main sources of income for residents include flue-cured tobacco, rice, and sweet potatoes, along with livestock farming—mainly pigs, fish, cattle, white-feather ducks—and the nursery and floral industry. The per capita income exceeds 3,000 yuan, and the village generates over 10,000 yuan in fixed fiscal revenue.
