The Confucian Mansion in Xianshui Village is a cultural heritage site protected at the county level in Qingliu County.

The Confucian Mansion in Xianshui Village is located in Xianshui Village, Lijia Township. Dating back to the Qing Dynasty, it covers an area of 1,200 square meters and is categorized as a residential building.

It was designated as part of the fifth batch of county-level cultural heritage protection units in Qingliu County on July 30, 2018.

Protected area: extends 5 meters beyond the outer walls.

Buffer zone: extends 10 meters outward from the protected area.

Xianshui Village: Located at the southern end of Qingliu County, bordering Liancheng, Xianshui Village covers an area of 55 square kilometers. The village includes 1,365 mu of arable land and 2,865 mu of forested land. The main sources of income for residents are tobacco farming, rice cultivation, red sweet potato production, as well as animal husbandry including pigs, fish, cattle, white-feathered ducks, and the nursery and floral industry. The average annual income per capita exceeds 3,000 yuan, and the village generates over 10,000 yuan in fixed fiscal revenue.

The village consists of 12 villager groups, with 431 households and a total population of 1,455. There are 1,007 laborers in the village, including 423 engaged in farming, 26 who have received training and are preparing to enter the workforce, and 33 who have been relocated to enterprises within the county.
