Shengzhan Qingxi Hall is a cultural heritage site protected by Qingliu County.

Shengzhan Qingxi Hall in Jiangfang Village is located in Jiangfang Village, Changxiao Town. Dating back to the Qing Dynasty, it covers an area of 2,219 square meters and is categorized as a residential building.

It was designated as part of the fifth batch of county-level cultural heritage protection units in Qingliu County on July 30, 2018.

Jiangfang Village: Located 3 kilometers from Changxiao Town, Jiangfang Village borders Sibao Township of Liancheng County to the south and Changxiao Village to the north. The village has 2,946 mu of arable land and 13,136 mu of forested land. It consists of 25 villager groups, divided into the main Jiangfang area and the Xinjiangfang section. In 2012, the village had 898 households and a population of 3,412, making it the largest administrative village in the county. The majority of residents have the surname Jiang.

The founding ancestor of Jiangfang Village migrated to Fujian during the reign of Emperor Xizong of the Tang Dynasty, between the 105th and 106th generations. He served as the Prefect of Nanjianzhou and was posthumously honored as an imperial official by the Song Dynasty.
