The Luo Family Ancestral Hall in Hepai Village is a Qingliu County cultural heritage protection unit.

The Luo Family Ancestral Hall in Hepai Village is located in Hepai Village, Changxiao Town. Dating back to the Qing Dynasty, it covers an area of 523 square meters and is classified as a residential dwelling.

It was designated as part of the fifth batch of Qingliu County-level Cultural Heritage Protection Units on July 30, 2018.

Outer protected area: 20 meters beyond the protected area.

Hepai Village: Located to the north of Changxiao Town, Hepai Village borders Huangshikeng Village to the east, Shaping Village to the south, Huangkeng Village to the west, and Lushui Village in Litian Township to the north. The village spans an area of 22.5 square kilometers, with 1,178 mu of arable land and 10,540 mu of forested land. It consists of five villager groups, comprising the natural villages of Lianjiang, Xinjian Team, Changfeng Shang, Tongjiakeng, and Hepai. In 2012, the village had 268 households and a population of 1,023. The main surnames are Luo, Li, Zou, and Ye, each residing in their respective natural villages. The community has a long history of settlement, with the Li family having moved to the area from Changxiao Village in the 1970s.
