Zou Gong Temple in Huangshikeng Village is a cultural heritage site protected by Qingliu County.

Zou Gong Temple in Huangshikeng Village is located in Hekeng Village, Changxiao Town. Dating back to the Ming Dynasty, it covers an area of 34 square meters and is categorized as a temple or ancestral hall.

It was designated as part of the fifth batch of county-level cultural heritage protection units in Qingliu County on July 30, 2018.

Protected area: 5 meters beyond the outer walls.

Buffer zone: 10 meters beyond the protected area.

Hekeng Village: Located at the northernmost tip of Changxiao Town, Hekeng Village borders the Jixia Group of Huangshikeng Village to the east, connects with the Lianjiang Group of Hepai Village to the south, adjoins the Lushui Village of Litian Township to the west, and neighbors the Wujiadai Group of Liaowu Village in Tianyuan Township to the north. The village has a total forested area of 28,241 mu and farmland covering 1,445 mu. It is divided into five villager groups, including four in the main village of Hekeng and one in the Dongshan natural village. By the end of 2012, the village had 289 households with a population of 1,276, primarily surnamed Lai and Xiao. The Lai family mainly resides in the main village of Hekeng, while the Xiao family lives in the Dongshan group.
