The "Pengtang Yixiu" Hall in Yaofang Village is located in Yaofang Village, Lingdi Town. Dating back to the Qing Dynasty, it covers an area of 1,244 square meters and is classified as a residential dwelling.

It was designated as part of the fifth batch of county-level cultural heritage protection units in Qingliu County on July 30, 2018.

The village has a total population of 1,773, with 2,113 mu of arable land and 26,742 mu of forested land, including 2,325 mu of state-owned forest and 24,417 mu of collectively owned forest (15,642 mu of which are ecological forest). Villagers mainly rely on farming cash crops such as tobacco, sweet potatoes, red taro, and vegetables for their livelihood.
