Qilin Pavilion is a cultural heritage protection unit in Handan City.

Qilin Pavilion is an ancient building from the Qing Dynasty, located to the north of Xiayangluo Village in Cishan Town, Wu'an City. It is among the second batch of municipal-level cultural heritage protection units in Handan City.

Xiayangluo Village: Xiayangluo Village is situated in the northeastern part of Cishan Town, Wu'an City, in a hilly area. The village has 137 households and a population of 516. It is home to six century-old trees. The road leading into the village and the main streets within have been paved, and the area is equipped with street lighting. There is a Qilin Pavilion that integrates Taoism, Buddhism, and Confucianism, a local theater, and a newly built community activity center.
