Arhat Cave

Arhat Cave is a cultural heritage protection unit in Handan City.

Arhat Cave is located to the west of Qibu Valley Village, Huoshui Township, Wu'an City. It is among the second batch of municipal-level cultural heritage protection units in Handan City.

Qibu Valley Village: Located 15 kilometers northwest of the township government seat in Huoshui Township, Qibu Valley Village lies within the Taihang Mountain area. The village has 185 households and a population of 520, all of whom are Han Chinese. It has 430 mu of arable land and 14,000 mu of forested land. The village is surrounded by mountains on three sides, with a single entrance leading down to the valley, resembling a “fan.” During the rainy season, water from all directions converges at an eastern mountain pass and flows into the valley river. The villagers mainly raise 200 pigs, 200 sheep, 800 chickens, and 20,000 fish, earning an annual income of 150,000 yuan from animal husbandry.
