The stone inscriptions at the Temple of the Yellow Earth Goddess on Bixiao Mountain are located to the north of Bailin Village, Yangyi Town, Wu'an City. They are among the second batch of municipal-level cultural heritage protection units in Handan City.

Yangyi Town: Located on the western edge of Wu'an City, the area features rolling hills and is surrounded by mountains. To the south lies the clear Zhanghe River. The town administers 4 administrative villages, covering a total area of 102 square kilometers, with an approximate population of 44,000. Yangyi Town borders Zuoquan County in Shanxi Province and Shexian County in Hebei Province. The Handan–Changzhi Railway runs through the town, and the Pingshe Highway, Wuzuo Highway, and Ciyang Highway intersect here. A new cultural activity center for residents has been built in the town center, along with the Wanshou Mountain Tourist Area and historical sites from the Han and Tang dynasties such as the Bixia Palace, Tangwang Hall, and Chuangwang Xingguan.
