The Inscription Stones of Yongning Temple are located in Siyugou Village, Guantao Township, Wu'an City. They are among the second batch of municipal-level cultural relics protection units in Handan City.

Siyugou Village: Siyugou Village is situated 3.5 kilometers from the government office of Guantao Township. To the east it neighbors Lishunao, to the west it borders Siyunaog, and 2.5 kilometers to the south it connects to Wuzu Road. To the north, it is bounded by the mountain ridge with Zhaiqinggou Village in Huoshui Township. The village has 120 households and a population of 420, with 167 mu of arable land and 8,800 mu of mountainous land—equivalent to 4 fen of farmland and 20 mu of mountain per capita. The Village Party Branch has three committee members, with Guo Wenshun as the Party Branch Secretary; the Village Committee has two members, with Zhang Xianjun as the Village Director.
