The Boyan Historic Architectural Complex is a Provincial-Level Cultural Heritage Protection Unit of Hebei Province.

The Boyan Historic Architectural Complex consists of buildings from the Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China period, located in Boyan Town, Wu’an City, Handan. On October 20, 2008, it was designated as part of the fifth batch of Provincial-Level Cultural Heritage Protection Units by the People’s Government of Hebei Province.

Boyan Town: Located 8 kilometers southeast of Wu’an City center, it lies to the south of Gushan Mountain and north of the southern branch of the Zhanghe River. The terrain here is relatively flat, covering an area of 3,000 square kilometers. The town has 15 administrative villages, 6,160 households, and a population of 22,000. The Wu–Ci Highway runs east to west through the town, and all villages are connected by paved (asphalt or cement) roads.
