Baiyan Park

Baiyan Park is located on Baiyan Mountain in the western part of Datian County. Established in 1983, it covers an area of over 500 acres and is the largest comprehensive recreational facility in Datian County, Fujian Province.

The park’s magnificent entrance opens to a wide staircase of 365 steps, each 24 meters wide, which leads directly to the top of Baiyan Mountain, symbolizing growth and success with each step of the year. At the mountain’s summit stands Guanyan Gate. Within the park, there are well-arranged and thoughtfully designed structures including corridors, a square pavilion, Dragon-Phoenix Pavilion, a sky bridge, and White Cloud Tower. At the mountain’s base lies a children’s playground covering 32 acres, which includes a 30-acre artificial lake adorned with a bonsai garden, waterside pavilions, and a central lake pavilion. The playground features over 20 types of amusement facilities such as electric mini trains, water dragons, space shuttles, electric cars, suspension bridges, tunnels, and fountains. Adjacent to the children's playground is the Datian County Sports Center, covering an area of 70 acres.
