The Temple of the Earth Goddess in Bailin and Stone Carvings is a cultural heritage site protected at the provincial level in Hebei Province.

The Temple of the Earth Goddess in Bailin and its stone carvings date back to the Ming and Qing dynasties and are located on Bixiao Mountain in Yangyi Town, Wu'an City, Handan. On October 20, 2008, they were designated as part of the fifth batch of provincial-level cultural heritage sites by the People's Government of Hebei Province.

Yangyi Town: Located on the western edge of Wu'an City, the area features rolling hills and is surrounded by mountains on all sides, with the Chishui River flowing to its south. It comprises 44 administrative villages, covers a total area of 102 square kilometers, and has an approximate population of 44,000. Adjacent to Zuojun County in Shanxi and Shexian County in Hebei, the town is traversed by the Handan–Changzhi Railway, and intersected by the Pingshe Highway, Wuzuo Highway, and Ciyang Highway. A new community cultural center has been built in the town center, and nearby attractions include the Wanshou Mountain Tourist Area and historical sites from the Han and Tang dynasties such as the Bixia Palace, Tangwang Hall, and Chuangwang’s Traveling Palace.
