The former site of the garrison of the Ninth Red Army Corps of the Chinese Workers' and Peasants' Red Army and the Soviet Government of Sanmin Township – Guangyu Hall is a cultural heritage site protected at the provincial level in Fujian Province and a classic red tourism destination.

The former site of the garrison of the Ninth Red Army Corps of the Chinese Workers' and Peasants' Red Army and the Soviet Government of Sanmin Township – Guangyu Hall is located in Jianshe Village, Jianshe Town, Datian County, dating back to 1934.

Description: Constructed in 1926, the building faces west with an eastern orientation, is made of earth and timber, features a post-and-lintel wooden frame, a flush-gable roof, and consists of a single-courtyard main section with two wing rooms and two side chambers, with a total construction area of 375 square meters. In 1934, over 2,000 soldiers of the Ninth Red Army Corps of the Chinese Workers' and Peasants' Red Army were stationed in Sanmin Township to carry out revolutionary activities. During this period, the headquarters of the Red Ninth Army Corps was located at Guangyu Hall, where leaders such as Corps Commander Luo Binghui, Political Commissar Cai Shufan, Chief of Staff Guo Tianming, and Director of the Political Department Huang Huoqing lived, worked, and commanded battles. Corps Commander Luo Binghui personally presided over mass rallies, calling on peasants to rise up in revolt, fight against landlords, redistribute land, establish peasant associations and Red Guards, and expand the Soviet area. With the help of the Red Ninth Army Corps, the Soviet Government of Sanmin Township was established, with Lin Yinghuo serving as its chairman. At that time, the township Soviet government was housed in Guangyu Hall. Today, the building still preserves 18 revolutionary slogans written by Red Army soldiers during their stay, such as “The Red Army is the army of workers and peasants themselves!” signed by Red Army Unit Yi-9, along with several revolutionary relics used by the Red Army, including horse saddles, lanterns, medicine mortars, water bottles, and tables. About 50 meters northwest of the building, in a small mountain hollow, there is a Red Army cemetery where soldiers who were injured at the time were buried.

Protective boundary: Extend 20 meters outward from all sides of the building.

In 2018, the former site of the garrison of the Ninth Red Army Corps of the Chinese Workers' and Peasants' Red Army and the Soviet Government of Sanmin Township – Guangyu Hall was designated as a ninth batch provincial-level cultural heritage site by the People’s Government of Fujian Province.
