Fengshan Bridge

Fengshan Bridge is a cultural heritage site protected by Datian County.

Fengshan Bridge is located in Xishu Village, Meishan Township, and dates back to the Qing Dynasty.

Fengshan Bridge is a Qing Dynasty-era bridge structure, extending from northwest to southeast, with a total north-south length of 20.41 meters and an east-west width of 5.16 meters. Both ends of the bridge feature abutments made of large rough stones, standing about 10 meters high. The ends are supported by fir logs with diameters ranging from 20 to 30 centimeters, topped with long round logs about 15 meters in length as crossbeams. The walking surface of the bridge is made of fir planks laid on top of these beams. The columns stand on the walking surface, featuring a raised-beam structure and a flush-gable roof.

On February 27, 2017, the Datian County People's Government listed Fengshan Bridge in the eighth batch of county-level cultural heritage protection units.

Protected area: 15 meters outward from the east side of the bridge, 10 meters outward from the south side, 15 meters outward from the west side, and 10 meters outward from the north side.
