Fengqiantang is located in Jiangshan Village, Pingshan Township, dating back to the Republican era.

Fengqiantang is an important modern historical site associated with significant events and institutions. The structure faces south and covers an area of 800 square meters. It is a combination of residential and defensive architecture from the early Republican period, featuring one courtyard with two halls and wing rooms, constructed with earth and wood. Jiangshan Village: Jiangshan Village is located in the eastern part of Pingshan Township, Datian County, bordering Wushan Township and Jiyang Township. Surrounded by mountains on all sides, a small basin is formed in the center, with the village situated at the foot of the hills. The village has a total of 110 households, with a population of 536, divided into 5 villager groups. The land area covers 8,157 mu, including 536 mu of arable land, 6,392 mu of forest land, 4,230 mu of ecological public welfare forest, 263 mu of high-mountain organic tea gardens, and a forest coverage rate of 77.8%.
