The Dongmaxiang Donggangdi Site is located in Datong Town, Wu’an City, and dates back to the Pre-Shang period.

The Dongmaxiang Donggangdi Site is among the third batch of municipal-level cultural heritage protection units in Handan City.

Datong Town: Located 10 kilometers north of Wu’an City, it is a hilly area with a jurisdiction of 74.2 square kilometers. The town has 3,750 hectares of arable land, 21 administrative villages, 10,120 households, and a population of 38,500, primarily engaged in agriculture. Transportation in the town is very convenient, with Wuyi Road running through the town area. All rural roads are cement-paved, forming a traffic network consisting of four main routes and seven branch lines, totaling 36.2 kilometers in length.
