Lingyun Pavilion is a cultural heritage protection unit of Handan City.

Lingyun Pavilion is located in Guantao Township, Wu'an City, and dates back to the Ming Dynasty.

Lingyun Pavilion is among the third batch of municipal-level cultural heritage protection units in Handan City.

Guantao Township: Guantao Township is situated in the deep mountainous area of western Wu'an City, at the junction of two provinces (Hebei and Shanxi) and three counties (Wu'an, [county name missing], and Zuoquan). It covers a total area of 188 square kilometers, governs 38 administrative villages, 108 natural villages, has 5,900 households, a population of 18,500, and 11,000 able-bodied workers (both full and part-time). The arable land area is 15,477 mu, including 3,110 mu of irrigated land and 12,367 mu of dry land, averaging 0.8 mu per person. Due to a lack of underground resources and limited local enterprises, the economic conditions are relatively underdeveloped. In 2005, the per capita income was 2,035 yuan.
