Shangtuancheng Township: A township under the jurisdiction of Wu'an City. Established in 1953, it was part of Wujix Commune in 1958, became Shangtuancheng Commune in 1961, and was reorganized as a township in 1984. In 1996, it merged with Chongyi Township. The Handan–Changzhi Highway runs through the area.
