Longyan Peitian Ancient Residential Buildings is an 800-year-old village and one of China’s best-preserved clusters of ancient Hakka dwellings from the Ming and Qing dynasties. With its exquisite architecture, exquisite craftsmanship, and rich Hakka cultural atmosphere, it rivals Yongding Tulou and Meizhou Weilongwu, standing as a classic example of Hakka architectural culture. The ancient residential complex in Peitian Village consists largely of six old schools, two academies, three temples, two shrines, two memorial archways, along with twenty ancient ancestral halls, over thirty residential buildings, a thousand-meter-long ancient street, five lanes, and two water channels running through the village.

Admission Fee

Admission fee is 50 RMB (additional guide fees apply if you need a tour guide). No admission is charged after 5:30 PM.

Parking: There is a parking lot in front of the village, and no extra fee is charged.
