The Former Site of the First County Committee of the Communist Party of China in Taihe is a cultural relic protection unit of Fuyang City.

The Former Site of the First County Committee of the Communist Party of China in Taihe, also known as the "Catholic Church – Priest's Building," is located within the courtyard of the Catholic Church in Chengguan Town, Taihe County. Funded by French missionaries, it was constructed in the 26th year of the Guangxu reign during the Qing Dynasty (1900), and the first county committee of the Communist Party of China in Taihe was established here in November 1927. The building currently covers an area of over 250 square meters, faces south with its back to the north, and features a brick-and-wood structure with a tiled roof. Whether in terms of architectural layout, form, or detailed ornamentation, it all showcases the wisdom and creativity of ancient craftsmen, leaving behind many valuable historical and cultural research materials for future generations, and holds significant reference value for understanding local history and culture.

Chengguan Town: Chengguan Town covers a total area of 56 square kilometers, governs 16 community (residential) committees and 16 village committees, with a total population of 135,000, including 56,000 agricultural residents and 38,000 mu of arable land. The Shaying River, the largest tributary of the Huai River, surrounds the southwest, while National Highway 105, Provincial Highway 308, and the Luohe-Fuyang Railway run through the area, providing very convenient transportation.
