Wangxin Village Site

The Wangxin Village Site is a cultural heritage protection unit of Anhui Province.

The Wangxin Village Site is located in Wangxin Village Natural Village, Guogou Administrative Village, Yangqiao Town, Linquan County, Fuyang City, dating back to the Neolithic Age.

In 2019, the Wangxin Village Site was designated as part of the eighth batch of provincial-level cultural heritage protection units by the People's Government of Anhui Province.

Yangqiao Town: Located in the eastern part of Linquan County, Yangqiao Town covers an area of 71 square kilometers, with 49,100 mu of arable land. It governs 28 administrative villages and 132 natural villages, with a total population of 60,500. Yangqiao is a thousand-year-old town with a long history, abundant resources, convenient transportation, developed economy, and prosperous commerce. It enjoys the construction status of a sub-county level township. Provincial highways 102 and 328 pass through the town, providing convenient land and water transportation.
