Gongzhuang Site
The Gongzhuang Site is a cultural heritage protection unit of Anhui Province.
The Gongzhuang Site is located in Lvzhai Town, Linquan County, Fuyang City, and dates back to the Neolithic Age.
In 2019, the Gongzhuang Site was designated as part of the eighth batch of provincial-level cultural heritage protection units by the People's Government of Anhui Province.
Lvzhai Town: Lvzhai is situated in the southeastern border area of Linquan, 55 kilometers from the county seat. It borders HuiLong Township and WangYan Town of Funan County, as well as TuPo Township and HuaJi Town of its own county. Provincial Highway S328 and County Road LvTu pass through the town. It is 20 kilometers from the Beijing-Kowloon Railway marshalling yard, offering very convenient transportation. The town stretches 9 kilometers from north to south and 6 kilometers from east to west, covering an area of 56.5 square kilometers. It governs 17 administrative villages, 193 natural villages, has a population of 54,000, 51,000 mu of arable land, and currently boasts 27,462 able-bodied laborers.
