The Hubei-Henan-Anhui Red Army Memorial Park is located in the southern part of the new urban area of Jinzhai County, with a planned area of 5 square kilometers. The park consists of the Red Army Memorial Hall, a cluster of revolutionary sites, the former site of the 25th Army's military and political institutions, the reconstruction site of the 28th Red Army, the Red Army Pavilion, and more. It is divided into the main entrance plaza area, the revolutionary tradition education area, the national defense education experience area, and the rural life experience area. The former site of the 25th Army's military and political institutions focuses on key events and figures, highlighting the activities and glorious history of the 25th Red Army in Jinzhai. The reconstruction site of the 28th Red Army (Hu Family Ancestral Hall) follows the establishment, reconstruction, and re-establishment of the 28th Red Army, using figures and events as threads to emphasize the rebuilding of the 28th Red Army and its combat process. The Red Army Pavilion features an "octagonal five-story" structure, covering a land area of 2,100 square meters with a building area of 1,000 square meters. Revolutionary heritage sites such as the White Mansion and Li Mansion (former offices of the Anhui Provincial Government during the War of Resistance), the Grand Auditorium, the Delin Library, and the Headquarters of the Liuying-Huo Uprising (Dongyue Temple) have also been restored.
