Construction Control Zone: An additional 50 meters to the east, south, west, and north beyond the protected area.

Baojiyan Village: Located in the central-western part of Tangjia Hui Town, Baojiyan Village is a high-cold mountainous area. It neighbors Sidaoh River Village, Dulian Village, the town center, and Bijia Mountain Village, covering a total area of 20 square kilometers. This includes 2,030 mu of arable land and over 27,800 mu of mountainous terrain. The Ding-Shang Highway runs through the village for 10 kilometers, with 11.5 kilometers of village cement roads and 1.5 kilometers of gravel group access roads. The village comprises 18 villager groups, with a total population of 4,307.
