The former site of the Red 28th Army Liaison Office is located at the old Huailianting shop in Liangting Village, Yanzihe Town. Dating from the modern era, it falls under the category of important modern historical sites and representative architecture.

On June 21, 2019, the former site of the Red 28th Army Liaison Office was designated as part of the eighth batch of cultural heritage protection units in Jinzhai County.

Protected area: A 2-meter buffer extending east, south, west, and north beyond the building and its foundation wall.

Construction control zone: A 50-meter buffer extending east, south, west, and north beyond the protected area.

Yanzihe Town: Located in the southeastern part of Jinzhai County, Yanzihe Town covers a total area of 205.4 square kilometers, administers 27 administrative villages and 262 villager groups, and has a total population of 25,300.
