The former site of the secret contact point for the Lixia Festival Uprising is located in Shejia’s Old House in Feijichang Village, Wujadian Town. It dates from the modern era and is categorized as an important modern historical site and representative building.

On June 21, 2019, the former site of the secret contact point for the Lixia Festival Uprising was listed as one of the eighth batch of cultural relics protection units in Jinzhai County.

Protected area: the heritage structure itself and an additional 2 meters outside the wall base to the east, south, west, and north.

Construction control zone: an additional 60 meters outside the protected area to the east, south, west, and north.

Feijichang Village: Located in the northern part of Wujadian Town, Feijichang Village serves as the town’s northern gateway. The village has 14 resident groups, with a total of 487 households and 2,173 people. Traditional industries such as mulberry cultivation and tea production are the mainstay of the village economy and the primary source of income for residents. Over half of the village population works outside the area, making wage income another important source of earnings. In 2008, the per capita net income reached 3,543 yuan.
