The ancient residential buildings of Jiguanzhai are located in Wangwan Group, Chapeng Village, Huashi Township, dating from the Ming Dynasty and classified as ancient dwellings.

On June 21, 2019, the ancient residential buildings of Jiguanzhai were listed as part of the eighth batch of cultural heritage protection units in Jinzhai County.

Protected area: the buildings themselves and an additional two meters beyond their walls in the east, south, west, and north.
