The Wu Family's Five Houses is a cultural relic protection unit of Anhui Province.

The Wu Family's Five Houses is located in Susong County, Anqing City, dating back to the Qing Dynasty.

The “Wu Family's Five Houses” is situated in Dadi Village, Liuping Township, Susong County, Anhui Province. Built in the 48th year of the Qianlong reign of the Qing Dynasty, it has a history of over 230 years. Facing north, the residence consists of three courtyards and seven bays, featuring a post-and-lintel framework and a hanging gable roof. With a construction area of 1,150 square meters, it is grand in scale and features a unique design style. It is one of the few well-preserved ancient Huizhou-style residences in the Anqing region today.

In 2012, the Wu Family's Five Houses was designated as part of the seventh batch of provincial-level cultural relic protection units by the People's Government of Anhui Province.

Protection zone: 20 meters beyond the boundary of the cultural relic itself.

Construction control zone: 100 meters beyond the protection zone.

Dadi Village: Located to the east of Liuping Township, Dadi Village borders Gushan Village in Aikou Township to the east, Huangmei County in Hubei Province to the south, Puhe Village in the same township to the west, and Chenhan Township to the north. It governs 28 villager groups with 546 households and a population of 2,010. The cultivated land area is 727 mu, including 543 mu of paddy fields and 184 mu of dry land, along with 6,500 mu of mountainous forest area.

Due to its mountainous terrain, the population is scattered, and natural conditions are harsh. The village has a total of 8.1 kilometers of roads, of which 2.5 kilometers are paved cement roads, accounting for only 30% of the gravel road surface. There are currently four Party groups and ...
