Five Dragon Island

The four attractions — Lock World, Bird Paradise, Fun Garden, and Stone Garden — are interconnected by uniquely designed bridges including the Fish Joy Bridge, Lucky Bridge, and Number One Scholar Bridge. A unique feature here is exploring the lake by abandoning boats and walking across these bridges.

Lock World: Features a Twelve Zodiac Locks Square, China's first locks museum — the Chinese Lock Exhibition Hall, and the Guinness World Record-holding Giant Peace Lock, among others.

Bird Paradise: Includes areas for bird-watching and interaction such as the Hundred Birds Garden, Rare Birds Garden, Peacock Garden, and Pigeon Square.

Fun Garden: Offers activities like trampolines, swings, and slides. You can also enjoy local Qianjiang operas and bamboo horse dancing, both unique folk performances of Chun’an.

Stone Garden: Displays over 1,000 landscape stones, pictographic stones, abstract stones, patterned stones, texture stones, and fossil stones collected from across China. One of China’s “Four Famous Stones,” Lingbi Stone, is also housed here.

Fish Joy Bridge: A floating bridge that combines fish viewing, fish feeding, and water transport. It is home to grass carp weighing over 100 jin (about 50 kg) and a large white bighead carp nicknamed “Madam White.” The spectacle of fish swarming for food is a major highlight.

Lucky Bridge: Stretching 230 meters in length, it is currently the longest floating bridge in China and is often said to bring good fortune with the phrase “Walk the Lucky Bridge and may good luck follow you.” The Qiandao Lake Fishing Center is built alongside the bridge, offering fishing, tea tasting, and leisure activities.

Number One Scholar Bridge: A thrilling suspension bridge that offers excitement without real danger. It was built in honor of Shang Lu, known as the “Three Yuan Prime Minister,” and three other top imperial examination scholars — Fang Fengchen and Zhan Kui. It is said that “Walk the Scholar Bridge, and you too shall become a top scholar.”
