The Hui'gang Ancient Architectural Complex is located in Fengchuan Subdistrict, Tonglu County, dating back to the Qing Dynasty.

On January 13, 2017, it was designated as part of the Seventh Batch of Zhejiang Provincial Cultural Relics Protection Units by the Zhejiang Provincial People’s Government.

Fengchuan Subdistrict: Located in the southeastern part of Tonglu County, Fengchuan was established in 1992 through the merger of three towns into Fengchuan Town. It covers a total area of 151.93 square kilometers, governs 8 administrative villages, and has a population of 17,700. It serves as the economic, cultural, transportation, and tourism hub of Tonglu County south of the Fuchun River. Fengchuan features a northern subtropical monsoon climate on the southern edge, with distinct seasons and pleasant weather throughout the year. The annual average temperature is 16.5°C, and annual rainfall reaches 1,462 mm. The area is rich in agricultural products, particularly in staples such as rice and wheat.
