Hanxiang Weir is a municipal-level cultural heritage protection unit of Jinhua City.

Hanxiang Weir is located in Hanxiang Village, Tangya Town.

In 2010, it was designated as part of the third batch of municipal-level cultural heritage protection units by the Jinhua Municipal People's Government.

Tangya Town: Tangya Town is situated in the eastern part of Jindong District, approximately 15 kilometers from downtown Jinhua. It borders Xiaoshun Town to the east, Dongxiao Subdistrict to the west, faces the Yiwu River to the southeast (across which lies Lipu Town), and adjoins Caozhai Town to the north. The town administers 48 administrative villages, has a population of 29,000, and covers an area of 53.13 square kilometers. It is recognized as a provincial-level education-strong town and a “satellite town” of Jindong District. In recent years, Tangya Town has vigorously implemented four major strategies—“openness-driven development, industrialization, urbanization, and urban-rural integration”—achieving significant economic and social progress.
