Lanxi Shide Hall
Lanxi Shide Hall is a National Key Cultural Relics Protection Unit.
Era: Ming to Qing Dynasty
Address: Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province, Lanxi City
Located in Sanquan Village, Huangdian Town. Also known as "Jiangshi Hall." Originally built in the eighth year of the Chunxi era during the Southern Song Dynasty (1181). The existing structure has three courtyards, all three bays wide, facing south with a slight eastward orientation, featuring flush gable roofs, covering an area of 710 square meters. The first courtyard was built during the Jiajing era of the Ming Dynasty and includes a memorial archway-style brick-carved gate, with the secondary bay beams built into the wall.
The main hall is 14.8 meters wide and 12.83 meters deep. The central bay features a seven-rafter beam structure with front and rear corridors. The front corridor is 4.2 meters deep and uses a five-rafter beam. The rear corridor is a single step, with the roof using water-shedding rafters. Shide Hall is the wooden structure in the Lanxi area with the most pronounced Song and Yuan architectural styles. Its single-bracket double-cantilever six-purlin design under the eaves of the main hall and the triple-layered beams inside are rare and unique examples among local ancient buildings. In 1997, the building was designated as a Zhejiang Provincial Cultural Relics Protection Unit.

The terrain is hilly, covering an area of 3.21 square kilometers, with 912 mu of arable land, 2,925.7 mu of mountainous land, and 58 mu of water surface. There is one natural village, eight villager groups, 399 households, and 1,165 residents. The main crops are rice, along with tea, sericulture, and fruit.
