Lanxi City Wall and Wharf
The Lanxi City Wall and Wharf are cultural heritage sites protected at the provincial level in Zhejiang Province.
The Lanxi City Wall and Wharf are located in Yunshan Subdistrict, Lanxi City, dating back to the Song and Qing dynasties.
The ancient city of Lanxi leans against Dayun Mountain to the east and borders the Lan River to the west, taking on a slightly crescent shape. The over 600 meters of the ancient city wall along the river that still remain were rebuilt in the seventh year of the Zhengde era of the Ming Dynasty (1512), while the rest were restored in 1995.
On January 13, 2017, the People's Government of Zhejiang Province announced it as part of the seventh batch of Zhejiang Provincial Cultural Relics Protection Units.
