The Shao Family Ancestral Hall and Filial Piety Arch in Jiaoshi are located in Nubu Subdistrict, Lanxi City, and date back to the Qing Dynasty.

On January 13, 2017, they were designated as part of the seventh batch of Zhejiang Provincial Cultural Relics Protection Units by the Zhejiang Provincial People’s Government.

It has successively developed agricultural brands such as "Fengshan Honey Peaches," "Huitan Sugarcane," "Muwu Loquats," and "Ganshan Wild Farming." The subdistrict also focuses on industrial park construction, with a planned land area of 253.14 hectares. In line with the municipal Party committee's goals of "strengthening industry, boosting tertiary sectors, improving the environment, and promoting people’s livelihoods," the area has intensified its development. Animal husbandry has also become a key pillar of Nubu’s agriculture, with poultry and livestock farming reaching several million across the subdistrict, ranking among the top in the city.
