The Fugai Mountain Canyon Rafting is situated at the tri-provincial junction of Zhejiang, Fujian, and Jiangxi, within the Fugai Mountain Canyon, 30 kilometers south of Jianglang Mountain — Zhejiang’s first UNESCO World Natural Heritage site. It lies close to the Ancient Town of Shiba Du and the Fugai Mountain Cave Cluster scenic areas. The region is characterized by its mountainous landscape with sparse flat areas, dense plant cover, winding streams, and well-distributed rapids. With moderate drops and clear distinctions between calm and fast-moving water, the canyon features are prominent, offering visitors a chance to experience the distinct landscapes of three provinces. It is an ideal spot for inflatable rafting. Two types of rafting experiences are available: Passionate Rafting and Leisurely Rafting.

Fugai Mountain Canyon Rafting — Leisurely Rafting

Stretching approximately 3 kilometers, this gentle float downstream lets you drift past towering green mountains on both banks. The route crosses through regions of all three provinces, passing wide riverbanks, visible fish, facing peaks, and enchanting scenery as you follow the stream downstream. Like surfing, it offers thrills without real danger, delivering a carefree, almost heavenly leisurely rafting experience.

Fugai Mountain Canyon Rafting — Passionate Rafting

This section is about 2 kilometers long, featuring fast-moving water, winding streams, abrupt turns, ups and downs, and a full array of peculiar rocks along the way. It is a water sport that combines excitement, challenge, and safety. Drifting downstream in an inflatable raft, surrounded by open skies, flowing waters, sunshine, and lush green mountains, you’ll be filled with anticipation — anticipation for thrills, for excitement, for a challenge against nature, and for the relief that comes after a safe yet exhilarating ride. Transportation: Take the Huangqu’nan Section of the Beijing–Taipei Expressway and exit at Shiba Du. Drive 10 minutes along National Highway 205 toward Fujian to reach the Fugai Mountain Rafting Scenic Area. Alternatively, depart from downtown Jiangshan City, take Jianghe Highway and National Highway 205 — the scenic area is about 75 kilometers from the city center.
