Located at the northeastern end of Xunli Village, Nianbadu Town. Nianbadu lies beneath the Xianxia Pass and is a key town at the junction of Zhejiang and Fujian, a cultural crossroads. The Wenchang Pavilion was built in the first year of the Xuantong era of the Qing Dynasty (1909). It faces west and is oriented north, with a rectangular floor plan, consisting of three sections: the front hall, main hall, and rear hall. The front hall features a post-and-lintel structure; the eaves along the corridor have upturned corners on both sides, and the beams, architraves, ridge beams, and lintels are all painted. Carved ornaments such as brackets and spandrels depict auspicious beasts, birds, and human figures. The main hall is a square three-story pavilion, 26.21 meters wide, with a hip-and-gable roof and double eaves that flare upwards on all four sides. Xunli Village: Xunli Village in Nianbadu is a key village for ancient town tourism and the location of the town government. It is 61 km from Jiangshan City, 55 km from Pucheng County, and 50 km from Guangfeng County. It is just 50 meters from the exit of the Huang-Qu-Nan Expressway. In 2008, it merged with the neighboring Wufu Village. The village currently has 470 households, 1,530 residents, 783.4 mu of paddy fields, and 11,768 mu of mountainous land.
